Requesting a Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.
To request a cancellation, send us a message through Etsy with your order details as soon as possible.
Exceptions

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable once the production process has started.
Refund Process

If your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
